Letter of Introduction:
Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about us and for considering us as you make the difficult decision of who will parent your child. We hope that through this profile, you will be able to see the love that we have for life, for each other, for our families, and for our future child. We are so excited to become parents and to welcome a child into our home and family.
We have known that we would adopt since before we were married. After trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant, we decided to start the adoption process rather than pursue fertility treatment. We know that God has called us to adopt, and we cannot wait to meet the child that He has chosen for us.
We want you to know how much respect and love we feel for you already. We cannot imagine what a difficult decision this is for you, and we pray for you daily--that you would have the strength and courage you need as you journey through this process. We know that you want what is best for your baby, and we pray that you find us to be all that you could hope for your child.
What Molly has to say about Chad...
Chad will be the most incredible father! He is patient, kind, thoughtful, affectionate, funny, and so much more! He is the hardest worker I have ever known, and he will do anything to provide for his family. He has a strong moral compass that is inspiring to everyone around him. Chad is active and loves any outdoor activity. He will support our child in whatever their interests may be. He dreams about the days of coaching Little League, attending ballet recitals, reading bedtime stories, or leading a Scout troop. Whatever they need, our child will be his top priority. We have been together for a long time, and he is my best friend. But, if it's possible, I love him more and more every single day. I think my heart may explode when I see him with our child!
What Chad has to say about Molly...
Molly will be an amazing mom! She is easily the most thoughtful person I have ever known. She is creative, funny, positive, and strong. Molly loves being surrounded by the people we love: holidays with family, having friends over to our home, church events, volunteering in the community, you name it! She has a giving heart that she shares with everyone she meets. People love to be around Molly, because she is loyal, kind, and she will keep you laughing with her silliness and quick wit. Watching her play with our niece and nephew and our friends' children is one of the most beautiful things, and I cannot wait to see her with our own child.
We were both born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We met in college and started dating immediately. We dated for four years before Chad proposed. We were engaged for one year before getting married. We moved to Kansas City in 2011, and we now call it home.
We both come from close families, so we have always wanted to share that with our own child.
We love being outside, traveling, trying new restaurants, sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. We enjoy being active and cannot wait to share this with our child.
We adopted our dachshund-pug mix, Roxy, over 10 years ago when she was a puppy. She is so much fun and brings a lot of joy to our lives. She is great with children and loves playing with them.
We bought our home in December 2015, and we love it! Our neighborhood is very child-friendly: two neighborhood pools, a club house, parks within walking distance, and a great school district. We already have a room picked out for our child and are excited to watch them grow in our home.
We love to volunteer and to be active in our church and in our community!
We also have a wonderful community of friends who are excited to welcome our child into their lives.
