	Steffany A. Aye LSCSW, LCSW Founder & Director	Steffany Aye has been in the adoption field since 1993. She has a masters degree in Family Life Education and Consultation as well as Social Work. In 1998, her heart's desire to start an adoption agency became a reality.

	Amy E. Cain BS International Coordinator	Amy Cain has worked with Adoption & Beyond since the spring of 2001. She has done extensive work with birth parents and adoptive families alike. Amy counts it a priviledge to be a part of creating a forever family.

	Julie L. Wilson MSW Domestic Coordinator	Julie Wilson began working with Adoption & Beyond in 2006. She brings with her more than a decade of adoption field experience. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Sociology. Julie has also obtained a Masters in Social Work.

	Caroline Rogers Office Coordinator	Caroline joined Adoption & Beyond in 2008. She has a marvelous ingenuity and keeps the office running smoothly. Caroline's sunny and energetic personality greets those who call or stop by the office.
